F2C Results Metabolic Blue Print
Before we take you through a workout, we first take the time to find out what you specifically need by performing your F2C Results Assessment. This assessment is very specific to your goals and current fitness level so we can design the program to get you to your individual goals.
During your F2C Metabolic Fat Loss assessment we will learn about your health history, any past injuries, your training history along with your specific goals. We will also take you through a range of motion and flexibility evaluation using The Functional Movement Screen. During The Functional Movement Screen we will have you perform basic movements and we will find out exactly where your program should start and what it should include to get you started safely and effectively for you current fitness level.
We will learn about any imbalances throughout the muscles and joints of your body that could eventually cause an injury. This screening is scored from a 1-21. 21 being the best you can get. You will get a score that will be incorporated into your F2C Metabolic Fat Loss blue print and we will guide you on what the next best step is for you.
If you score above a 12 we are comfortable with you joining our F2C Metabolic Fat Loss group membership right away. Our group coaching classes are written as a general program so before you join them we want to make sure you are ready for them. If you score under a 12 we would want to spend a few weeks in our beginner Boot Camp making sure you are ready for the F2C Metabolic Fat Loss classes by performing a program written specifically for you to get you ready for the classes.
This program will include correcting any imbalances you have and will be done in a small group setting focusing on self myofascial release(self massage), flexibility(stretching) and Mobility( full body movements that wake up muscles as well as elongate them for total body and joint health)

Before you join our Metabolic Fat Loss program we do want you to meet with one of our coaches to go through our F2C Metabolic Fat Loss program Blue Print. We will design and guide you through the best plan based on your Blue Print.
